If people are visible in intermediate results but missing from output, the problem is usually in routing, selector, positioning, composite or the return stage.INFERRED

A reference run has not yet been captured
Topology, controls, models and checkpoints are documented, but the manual does not yet contain one reproducible run with fixed inputs, seed, effective selector values, runtime previews and verified output files.
- Preserve the unchanged raw workflow and its SHA-256.
- Record the exact ComfyUI root and custom-node package versions.
- Capture seed and effective linked values, not only visible widgets.
- Save intermediate probes and final LQ1; HQ/overlay should be a separate run after bypass is removed.
Golden Run artifact
There is no confirmed package of input + workflow JSON + seed + checkpoint screenshots + LQ/HQ output that can be reproduced on a clean instance.
